Pre-Admission

We encourage you to pre-register with us as early as possible to ensure admission without any complications.

Pre-registration can be done in person at our 24-hours Admission desk located in the ground floor of the Hospital.

For patients covered under medical insurance, it is mandatory to get an approval for cashless facility from the TPA before the patient gets admitted. However, if the patient gets admitted in emergency, then the approval for cashless facility must be produced before the discharge. We will facilitate your request with the TPA & try to procure the approval from TPA before discharge but the prime responsibility remains with the Patients only.

During Stay in the Hospital (Admission)

General Guidelines for Billing

The bed/room tariff billing cycle is calculated on a 24-hours basis from 6pm of the date of admission.

The billing will stop on intimation from the ward even though the patient has to stay till the clearance is received from the TPA / paying authorities in cases of patients holding health insurance.

Estimation of Hospital Bills : Our staff will generate an estimation of your hospital charges during admission. The estimation does not include doctor’s professional fees, cases with complications and charges for any procedure not specified at the time of admission. Therefore, we seek your understanding of the fact that in some cases the actual amount may vary from the estimate given.

8 hours of stay will be treated as Half Day.

When the patient is shifted to ICU or for a surgery/procedure, the room will be vacated. However, if the patient’s relatives wish to retain the room (subject to availability of room), the normal room charges and food services will be levied as the room category.
